Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have one reserved in Argos, but i wouldn't have much hope that any will be in stock if i go to get one at a reduced price.

Have been refreshing Amazon.co.uk all morning!

Also there's a tonne of touchpads on ebay, most are too pricey, some are okayish. Worth keeping an eye out.

this is maddening, this thread has the appearance of a support group :D . Been writing scripts to automatically check pages just so I can do other things, but I have a feeling it won't even be today.

Unfortunately with any deals like this, lots of people buy large quantities to sell for profit at a later date on ebay when the stocks run out.

There are stories of the sale in the US of people ordering 5+ there is no need for that and the retailers should prevent it.

Anyone else confirm this? As if Harvey Normans are doing a price drop to that, I assume they will advertise it first knowing them.

I doubt it, There are literally no irish retailers who take Amex. Charges are too high so not worth their while.
