Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Had a bit of a rant to the guy that trained me. Sent a blunt email about their unrealistic expectations and the need for trained support staff and feel a bit better. Tomorrow should be interesting!

    I find it a lot easier to state things eloquently when I have time to think about it. That's why I prefer email to phone conversations.

    But to be honest, I know that if things don't improve I'll hand in my notice and move and it doesn't bother me. Sure Pem is holding a room in her apartment for me, right Pem?

    Ara toughen up a biteen. Back in my day we drank while we worked. That's just how it was back then.
    Not like now, now ye work during the working hours and do other stuff during the other hours.

    Thank god nobody cleans my desk. I have an 'efficient' cleaning system :D scraps of paper, post it notes and printouts with additional notes on them.
    I'd be screwed if someone dumped them on me
