Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A wee touch of snow here just up the road from Blackrock in D18, not much though, but still decided to drive to work rather than trying to Torvill and Dean my way by walking on the footpaths. Only a light dusting though thankfully.

After the past two years we've had, anyone wanting more snow this year should f*** off to the north pole and not come back.

I'm purposely not going near the weather forum this time though. The last two years we were 2 or 3 weeks into the snow with it not disappearing and there were people wishing for more . I really couldn't understand their mentality at all. I guess they must live in a big mansion and never have to leave it, unlike the rest of us who have to go out to work and such.

I dislike the idea of a kindle.

Though having said that I also said that about MP3s, yet here I am a few years on with loads of them and my vinyl collection gatheirng dust :(

    Convenience wins I suppose.

I hated the idea too until I used it for a few seconds. :pac:
