Brill Push Mowers?

Does anyone know anywhere that stocks these or similar good non powered mowers. http://www.brill.de/produkte.php?view=78366 The brill site says atkins in Cork but none in stock they said. Also can anyone recommend a good clippers for edges of lawn please? Something that will last time as I hate replacing stuff.
