Since one adult shop closed in Drogheda, I'm left wondering if there is any others somewhere in the town?
Does anyone know of any? If so where are they/it?

There was an adult shop in town

They kept that quiet, not surprised it's closed so :D

Where was it out of interest Biggins?

Firstly it was beside the taxi office within yards of the doors of Earth for quite a while - then it moved for a short while to the left side (as your walking up it) of Duke street.

No need for these places, what with the interweb and all.
The old 'try before you buy' argument doesn't hold up well when you sell rubber mickeys.

Its not just that you know lol.
Drop into a good one in Dublin and browse away.
Some like the Ann Summers shops (expensive some times), do a good range of clothes, other items and books/video's etc.

Internet is fine for a lot of things but when to comes to sizes, etc... a picture sometimes is not adequate to see if a size is right.

Aye, but none in Drogheda that I know of now.
So a bus/train/car drive is required - and if your going to travel that distance (which is a pity) one might as well go to Dublin where there is a greater choice of same type shops.
Drogheda is still so backwards/out of date/starved of variety in some ways.

Tbh I think the town is better off without that type of shop.

Was this the place which had the fogged out windows?

Well its an opinion that your entitled to but I disagree.
As for "That type" - that throws up images of old ways and attitudes - while not all bad, some are indeed out of date.

There being no Adult Shop in Drogheda has to do with there not being enough business to sustain one. No other reason.

Adult shops are one of those genre's that are in a real struggle with online outlets. A struggle they will lose eventually.

I hope i'm the only one unfortunate enough to be picturing the person in Biggin's avatar in a black lacy women's one piece. Whip in hand and all.

    (this makes me sad :()
