I think I have the power to control minds...

I was just sitting here eyeing up the biscuts that were too far away for my lazy ass to get up and get them, and low my dad walks by and brings them too me.

Didn't even ask him, my will for chocolate was just that strong!!

He also sings O christmas tree :) He was 9.99 in Mr Price locations here

Don't think I can justify travelling all the way to Enniscorthy (closest mr. price to me) for one.

The tree is up. It looks spectacular. Have some decorations up in the kitchen also.

My boyfriend bought my Christmas present today, with me there but I'm not allowed open it until Christmas Day

Bought a huge Christmas sock to put my boyfriend's presents in. He hasn't decided between a new helmet or a new exhaust system or a new phone so I'm just giving him the money in his card which I think is a crap thing to open on Christmas morning, so buying him a few little pressies too.

Visa approved and flights book to Australia, leaving the 29th of March! Can't wait :) Missing my bf terribly, urgh!

Have a rare day off tomorrow so think I might take myself off to the cinema or something :)

Man, I'm tired. A dog came into work today (not the start of a joke), collapsed on the ground and basically started heading towards the light. Managed to bring him back from the brink. Would happen on what has been the busiest day in a long long time.

    Aw, the poor doggy :(

One of our cats had been unwell last week, now we know she's on the mend as this morning she killed a bird, attacked fiance's bare feet, farted on me and stuck her face into my peppermint tea  :pac:

Completely not anything to do with what you just posted, but how come we got engaged the same day and I can't even bring myself to use the word fiancé when you make it look so casual :p

I bet you have the guts to speak to him face to face though :p Ah, it is a really nice feeling regardless! :)

I ended up staying at home instead of going to the library. Probably not the best idea, I've covered very little ground so far and I'm rather confused by a few things. Bah. The sooner these exams are over, the better! I'm still struggling to believe I willingly signed myself up for optional exams tbh :pac:

Turning into one of those soppy clingy nightmare girlfriends that never
shuts up about her boyfriend but I literally cannot wait to get home and snuggle up with him for the rest of my weekend. Love love love him and am the luckiest girl alive.

Make a ping-pong (or tennis) ball helmet and a foil coated toilet roll core exhaust system and put the money inside...

Missed the Galway beers last night as I had my work xmas party. It was such a great night. I was in charge of organising it so no pressure!!! Nearly all the staff came and they all loved it. I'm so happy. They all work so hard and really deserved a good night out. I'm wrecked today.

Had a fundraising day today and a soccer tournament, scored twice in it - we were drawing with the other team, and I scored with three minutes to go, whole team came on to celebrate, ended up conceding another one to draw, got into the final and won it - delighted!

Ankle is in absolute bits now though - probably not the smartest thing to be doing! Has kind of inspired me to get back and head to the physio to sort it so I can get back playing!

Finally got the tree up...and now the plug bit for the lights isn't in the box with them, GREAT. So still no tree, this is a joke. I feel like not putting it up at all now.

I am having the best weekend in ages, no kids so its just me and Mr.Boyfriend and it is bliss. We headed to the market this morning and did some Christmas shopping in town this afternoon. It is so nice to have some time together just the two of us.

Cannot believe Xmas eve is 3 weeks away.

That means I only have to wait 3 weeks to open my present WOOOOHOOOO!

An old flame, can't call him an ex as it never got off the ground despite us spending the whole 6 years of secondary school wrecking everyone's head with our love sick puppy act, just popped up on the side of my facebook page as a recommendation (don't understand how that works) but can't believe how well he is doing for himself. Doing mega well in his career in law.

I never really kept in touch with anyone I went to school with, apart from 2 people, and sometimes I wonder what they're all at. I'm awful for remembering people though and over the 6 years since I left secondary school I've had at least 4 people come up to me on the street/in shops and say they went to school with me and I had no idea who they were :o

c'monnnn magic argan oil hair serum thing. Tame the haystack, tame it! I want shiny unblowdried hair

@pixiebean, I am the total opposite. I remember most people I've had even a glancing acquaintance with from school and frequently mortify myself when someone says 'remember x from school..' and I accidentally recite off the last few months of their life cos I've been stalking their facebook photos. Such a nosy mare :(

A girl walked up to me in a wear on henry street, said my name, tried to hug me, said we sat beside each other in french for 2 years. She got upset so i ended up pretending. I still have no idea who she was.

Absolutely dreading work on monday. Trying not to think about it though.

more reviews or just general having to deal with d1ckheads?

Pixiebean - if you had any sort of background/qualification in beauty, there would be no problem in actuallly getting you in here... If by some
miricle you do, and are willing to commute, pm me for details.

I feel awful for you working there.

edit: the dog I mentioned earlier is okay. The woman from the GSPCA got in touch to tell me that she thinks he was hit by a car and was so scared that he ran as far as he could and ended up in the noisy streets of Galway on a Saturday afternoon. It was such an unfamiliar place and a scary environment that he came into me in the shop just to lie down. The poor lamb.

On a lighter note, I bought a great camera on Ebay for an absolute steal and I'm very excited about it.

Just that i'm stuck with these fools until i get something else. Boss told me on friday that they're going to draw up a list of my duties. I said i know what my duties are (everything) but drawing up a list won't magically create more time.

No qualification/background in beauty and to be honest i'd say you'd laugh at me if i showed up. I don't wear make up everyday and i've never had any beauty treatments done like waxing for example (i have bad eczema) so i wouldn't even know where to start. Where would the commute be to anyway?

Thanks very much for the offer storm but even if i had the relevant experience i couldn't do that commute again. I did it last year for just over 3 months, up at 5am, home at 9.30pm. I just couldn't do that again.

So stressed! I've been having the most bizarre dreams ever the last few nights. One of them was lovely and comforting though, so I might just cling onto that even if it's totally not real! :p

I'm super excited about next week too! Cannot WAIT :D
