    I want to know how you can assess which type of trainers best suit your needs? I've had a pain on the outside of my right foot for about 8 months now and have been told it could be down to my trainers.. I've also been told that I run a little on the outside of my feet! What brand is best? I was thinking of asics..

    Get gait analysis done in a good sports/running shop.Then it is down to the TYPE of shoe for your gait,not necessarily BRAND
