#1 Looks fine but I would burn down or clone out the patch in the top right corner.

#2 Can see what you are trying to achieve here, but find this all too busy. The repetition is not strong enough to make this work.

#3 & #4 These two work quite well, the second with the portrait format is stronger than the first, but this shot has also been done many times and is quite cliché.


Overall all the images lack punch and are quite muddy. You have to work out how to increase contrast while maintaining appropriate detail. What technique are you using for conversion?

Thanks. Maybe it's time to start learning Photoshop or Lightroom and stop post processing just using Picasa 3....

i think the main issue here is choice of subject - it's just not interesting enough to warrant anything more than a passing glance.

A bit too dull (tonality-wise: no whites there). And bit too into-my-face as seen after entering the shop.
The amp is the best from the lot, for me, of course.

But seriously... the pricetags kind of ruined things.. the pics didn't draw me in or get me excited about the instruments.
