Trim Castle Hotel has a good bar menu.
Castle Arch Hotel has a good carvery
Indian Restaurant (Kahn Spices) on Emmet Street is very good.
An Troman on Market St is a lovely little cafe.

    Out of town
Co. Meath Golf Club on Longwood road has food all day & a good value carvery on Sunday
Shanks Mare, a mile or so off the Dublin Rd at Kiltale, has very good bar food.

Order a boardsmill in any of the chippers, a local delicacy.

The steak on a stone in Brogans is really good! I've had some of their other dishes: chicken wings, salads and can't complain about any of it! Cafe Time do a good breakfast too.
