    If I were to buy Xbox live points here in gamestop will they be able to work in Canada?

    Xbox Live points are country/region locked. But what decides which points are valid is the country you set your account up in. If you set up the Live account here in the "UK & Ireland" then points you buy here in Gamestop are valid. You cannot buy points in Canada and expect them to work though. If the account you want to credit is a canadian account you have to buy 'em in Canada or from a Canadian reseller, even US codes won't work on Canadian accounts.

    Also, remember to shop around other sites (e.g. live-codes.com) for the best deals on points
