Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

KTM bearing

    just looking for a bit of help i have replaced the rear wheel bearing on my ktm scrmbler twice in the last 2 months they keep going what would cause this

    no never power wash it do you mean the dust seals on it then no iv never replaced them

    go to an engineering shop with the measure ments of the bearing and get the same bearing but with c3 stamped on it,higher quality with a steel dust seal on it,they last forever,had the same promblem with front wheel bearing on my gsxr,c3s fixed the problem.

    ya the dust seals, be no harm changing them as well as the spacers if they are grooved. when i get a new bearing i always pop off the rubber seal and put a bit more grease in them as there isn't much from manufacturer.

    ktm sell a kit, comes with bearings spacers and seals, its very reasonably priced, grive graham at vmx a call, he will post them out to you

    You'll get bearings from Central Bearings in Ballybane, but not the spacers and stuff - that you need to get from a KTM dealer. Handier to just get the lot from the dealer, really......
