He has to move very fast to visit so many homes.

Which means you have to factor in the Lorentz–FitzGerald contraction. It's all a matter of time and relative dimension in space.

I'm a bit skeptical, they are investigating any links between him and basically any unsolved crime in the region in the last 10 years. (I do think he's responsible for more than one murder but not all of them).

Just came across this story of Ray Gricar. A District attorney in Pennsylvania who went missing in 2005 and hasn't been seen or heard from since. He was the guy who declined to press charges against longtime Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky following allegations of sexual abuse.

His older brother had gone missing in 1996 but found dead in a river and ruled a suicide. Was he copying his brother?

When they checked his computer they found search terms for how to destroy a hard driver and water damage to a laptop. They found his laptop in the river and a smashed hard drive nearby. So was he covering his tracks up? Did he know something and wanted to disappear? Was it about Sandusky?

Then why search on a home computer when you know it would be checked? Colleagues said he was looking to retire and didn't want any information taken with him.

He had gone missing in his second marriage for a weekend after an argument with his then wife but showed up at work on monday moring having driven to Cleveland to watch a baseball double header!

The monday after he disappeared, deputies found on his assistants desk the county code book open on the page where it says what to do if a sitting DA goes missing or dies.

Is he in the witness protection program? They say DAs don't qualify for it though.

His case mimics that of a sci-fi book called 20/20 Vision. The story takes place on 15/4 of 1995, 2020, and 2040. Gricar disappeared on 15/4 of 2005. At one point, the hero drives east, from the fictionalized State College and goes into a valley. On 15/4/05, Gricar did the same thing, and made a call from that valley.
The plot of the novel deals with a faked death but the most interesting thing is that Gricar was a consultant for the book.

His car was found with a smell of cigarette smoke inside but Gricar was known to hate the smell. A shop owner said they saw him with a mysterious woman near where his car was found on the day he disappeared.

    Polish Prime Minister murder
Piotr Jaroszewicz, 82, a former Prime Minister of Communist Poland, was found murdered along with his wife Alicja Solska at their home in the Warsaw suburb of Anin on 3 September 1992. He had been strangled with a belt, which was still around his neck, after being beaten (and bandaged); she had been shot several times with one of the couple's hunting rifles after her hands were tied behind her back. She may have injured one of their attackers, who apparently also tried to kill the couple's dog with poison gas, while fighting back. A safe was left open and documents were taken from it while valuables were left behind. The killings were found to have occurred two days before; friends and family say that Jaroszewicz, who was obsessed with security to begin with, had been acting extremely paranoid in the days before the murders. No suspects have been named

    Easy.

He had dirt on the new powers that be. They wanted the documents and tortured him to get him to give them the safe code. Once they got the code, they killed him and his wife, and left with the docs.

The bit about poison gas is kinda bizarre, but it was obviously State level actors who had access to such tech.

Bit of news about D.B Cooper - http://www.oregonlive.com/trending/2018/02/db_cooper_investigative_team_b.html

For the uninitiated: On Nov. 24, 1971, a man using the name Dan Cooper hijacked Northwest Orient Flight 305 out of Portland. After taking on parachutes and $200,000 in ransom at Seattle’s airport, “Cooper” jumped out of the Boeing 727 somewhere over the Pacific Northwest -- and disappeared. The FBI determined that in all likelihood the skyjacker died from the dangerous nighttime leap, but no one outside the bureau wanted to believe that. The mystery man became an outlaw legend, the subject of folk songs, books and a hit Hollywood movie.

    The start of life.

There's no problem with creating organic molecules, or ponds or clay surfaces that can concentrate them. Back then the moon was a lot closer so tides were massive , so lots of mixing. Oceans of dilute organic soup maybe, ponds and lakes as concentrated as you need , all over the place.

You have to remember nothing decayed back then, and there wasn't any oxygen in the air to oxidise so early life had it relative easy once it got a toehold.

We know RNA can be self replicating and can act as an enzyme too,
it can even form basic structures. But where did it start ? and of course hydrolysis was a danger except in certain areas

We know lipids (think washing up water with detergent) can form self replicating vesicles, but did life originate in these little bubbles or did RNA (or whatever) hijack them later on ?

Initially life - or self replicating molecules - could live off the organic soup produced over hundreds of millions of years, but what was the first energy source used by life ? Was it the black smokers ?

I'd agree that there is more than meets the eye with the entire build up to the day and even the day itself.
I also thought that something doesn't look right how the towers came down but the conspiracy weighted against the actual visible evidence is so intense that it's hard to draw parallels between the two.
Blown up by the US? More than likely no.
Were the US aware of what was going to happen? Probably.

Some are using AI to make a dictionary of the Voynich Manuscript.

It starts off (if true) like ...
'She made recommendations to the priest, man of the house and me and people.'

They initially hypothesized that the Voynich manuscript was written in Arabic but after running their algorithms, it turned out that the most likely language was Hebrew.
