    I walk through Morrisons Island at night to get to where i live

    The other night i got approached and was threatened , i got out fast


    Why did they shut the Hotels down there ? Where is the Lighting gone?


    Morrisons Island Hotel was occupied by the Black and Tans during the Burning of Cork .

    Its a crazy area alright .

    Cork is safe , but like anywhere , there are areas.

    Is there any other areas in the city we should avoid , day and night

    It's been a no-go area for the last two years. Hooker and rent boy central.

    Passed through there at night a while back on my way to my gf's flat and was asked did I want some action from both a Female and male!

    Also heard from a friend that Heroin use down there is happening.
