A boy in school died recently. The atmosphere is so upsetting. School work means nothing to us at this moment. RIP

We had similar happen in 4th Year, he was in our own year as well. Still really, really tough for everyone when it's brought up.

How was it? (Besides the rain of course!)

It was good now :) Kinda confusing to get around though

And condolances siobhan, buddy of mine from school killed himself just before Christmas last year so we all went through the same thing.

Got absolutley soaked in NUIG today :(

    Did you see much?

We didn't have much time really. The podiatry talk was really good I thought. Apart from that I wondered around in the rain, trying not to laugh at whichever school had that hilarious nun uniform.

I also went to a friends house living in the corrib village place. There rooms are like cells :(

I turn 18 the week before the election so I can't wait to actually be a "responsible adult" and vote :D

Yeah. But you can be 17 On the deadline for registration, so long as your 18 by feb 4th or something. I don't know I threw mine in the bin :/

I think I'll register anyways and get it out of the way. Sure when I'm registering I'll find out if I can vote. If not I don't mind, at least I'll be on the register and save some hassle when I'm actually 18 :) I'd love to vote though.

I'll be 18 on the 14th of Feb. That's more like the ''Average'' 6th year isn't it?

We didn't have much time either and I got lost half the time .. I found the guys at stand telling about podiatry relly interesing but I didn't really like the talk. I really liked the sound of Speech and Language therapy but when she said the points were 520 I couldn't believe it. No way will I get that much :(.. And I found the commerce talk kinda boring.

Ya I was talking to a girl who goes to college there and she started laughing at a picture of Corrib Village at the accomodation stand which made it look soo nice but she said it's a dump :(

It's not too bad actually!:p We're kind of in the same boat.

I was 16 for most of 6th year last year- turned 17 in April this year, which was like 2 months before the LC? And now I'm repeating and am still 17.

Ya, I skipped TY. Probably one of the few correct decisions I took. :p
Haha, same, can't wait to be 18...but don't want to be getting old at the same time lol.
