Use your imagination, find something, anything to do, as long as it's not homework. Right now, this.

    Crazy? Yes.

So jealous of the people who live only 5 minutes away from their school/can walk to school.

I'm physically in school for 8.25. Have half an hour to kill before school starts.

Why are you there half an hour early? I'm in five minutes late everyday...

I used to sign in at 9:10-9:15 literally every day last year. I dunno what it was, I just found it so much easier to get up at 8:55 than 8:45! This year I usually make it for 8:55 to have a shneaky fag around the side before the hell starts for another day!

Last year I was worse, I missed nearly every first class on a Monday! I'm doing well this year to be in school grounds for 9.05!
I'll never give up my half 8 start though!

I have such a bad problem with punctuality this year and last year. If I realise that no matter what I do I'll be somewhat late for school, I usually just go to sleep and go in a break. It's an awful habit I must get out of. :(
    I'm always late though. :(
A teacher actually took me aside and asked if everything was ok.. :S

Our bus has to drive back to my home parish and do a primary school bus run so we're the unlucky ones who get stuck with the early run.

I'm on my bus for 7.50/7.55 and that starts motoring at about 8.00 and then arrive in school at 8.25.

It's sick enough but I'm used to it at this stage. It funny though how I'm in school and wide-awake when some of my friends living in the village below the school haven't even woken up yet

Inside or outside school? (the sport)

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,076 ✭✭✭Eathrin

I'm here trying to put pen to paper for something, but I'm just so wrecked that I can't do a thing. I've got tests tomorrow and homework due too. But seriously, like I say every week to myself, I'll sort myself out at the weekend, Because I just keep letting this stuff pile up on me.

Gonna try get to bed before 12 tonight.

I'm finding it almost impossible to balance the two and I haven't started Irish grinds yet

Not a hope I'd give up for 6th year! I really should though, the way it's going more time is spent on the sport than on study :p

Sport wins over study any day for me, I'd be demented if I was confined to a room :p

Designate times for separate things, if you enjoy it there's no reason to stop.

Higher for both, its making study so awkward.

Sports wise, I'm getting in one or two 15 min runs a week, which is better than I've ever managed before.

Well certainly not study but I'm out of organised sport for about 2 years now. I used to go to the gym afterwards for a year but now I'm a lazy bastard.
I went on a 5.3k community race there last saturday, legs were in bits until today. I used to do quite a bit of running back 2 years ago, and I gave up football also about 3 years ago. I'd still consider myself fairly sporty though and plan on raping a load of sport societies in college.

    Sample HL Irish Papers:
    Paper 1
    Paper 2

    Sample HL Maths Papers:
    Stand 1 Paper 2
    Strand 2 Paper 1
    Strand 2 Paper 2

    Hope this helps! :)

Sports-wise for me, I'm trying to go to the gym for 45 mins 5 times a week, but that's just cause I don't wanna waste my membership, I can't wait until it's over so I can become a sloth!

We have p.e twice a week for like 35 minutes each.
And then outside school I just go on the treadmill once a week for an hour and then do a few sit ups and push ups every night! :D
I'm kinda proud because last year all i did was sit and watch tv shows while eating noodles or crisps or anything. Never did any exercise last year... ahh bad year. :o
I'm still eating the same junk though so yeah... that's that.:p
