Dovado UMR

Hi all, i have a Dovado UMR set up and working fine. However, i cannot access my internet banking or youtube when i am connected via wifi to router. If i put the modem straight into the laptop, i can connect no problem to both ? Driving me nuts now so any help would be great ! Thanks...........
