Tell an eejit who's never bought anything off Steam before about how to buy a game off there.

Does it just download once you buy?

Don't have to download right away. It gets added to your library and you can download it whenever you want. So all you need is the Steam Client and a Steam account. They accept Paypal, if you use it.

Also you can get Steam keys from other sites which give you an activation code that you input in the Steam client to get the game. So if you look around you can get steam games from other sites, like Amazon.com or the humble bundles.

Warning: Steam games have a habit of multiplying when you least expect it.

You must have got a bad one - or have it set up wrong. I bloody love the sound of vinyl. The crackle at the start is awesome, and you hear every note - unlike a mp3 (and in alot of cases - cd's too)

it pays for our hospitals. Only about 40% pre-bail-out was spent on roads. Likely to be much lower now.

What player did you get? If its the briefcase one from Rage in Dublin, I've heard there's quality control issues with some of them. Bring it back for another.

Mine has an equaliser type knob on it - it's a small one beside the volume. If its all the way to the left it might sound tinny, because the bass is taken out.

Na, all tax is basically dumped into a big pot and dived up. Tax isn't reserved for certain expenditure. Currently about 84% of all tax is spent on Social Welfare, Health and Education.

I've two - the Steepletone one ST282 (might be the one you have) in the computer room and my Dads old HUGE Sony one in the sitting room. The Steepletone one we have has some extra speakers in it, so it's not coming directly from the body. Sounds great!

yeah its a strange one, i have mine plugged into my pc speakers and sub, which generally provide a decent bass sound, but when the vinyl player is going through it, there is hardly any bass at all.

Hate Wales as much as anyone tbh. As Red said we got what we deserved, wasn't a great spectacle but a VERY intense game to watch. Real Test rugby. Our kicking hurt us & I always feel Murray is too slow at the breakdown aswell.

Yea Sexton was off his game today imo , there is times like this where you do miss O Gara . But he did have a decent game against Wales 2 weeks ago . Its a pity he seems to have a very hit and miss . Plus at the moment there is no really ready yet to be a back up . I know they tried Jackson but he was far from ready
