England are actually worse than Ireland.

That pass from Wilkinson after Tuilagi's intercept was exactly the reason Flood has to start for them. He's seemingly the back who can actually pass the ball.

Its only a matter of time before Optilase sponsor a laser eye surgery for Healy.. he spends more time fixing his contacts than any player Ive ever seen!!

Also, don't know how England finished that half without a yellow card. 2 dirty tackles and repeated penalties when Ireland get into their half.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,299 ✭✭✭spiralism

    Yes I'm going
dirty play and cheap shots from the english team... even if this was arranged long before we wrecked their grand slam, it was still the height of stupidity to organise this as the last warm up... even the first would have made far more sense

  • The TJ spotted the knock on but not the 3 England defenders offside?

    handy one...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,283 ✭✭✭A-Train

England very dirty off the ball, Healy getting a lot of TLC off the ball.

Ireland just need to sort the basic stuff out!

    Murphy looking great at FB.

He's what 33 or 34 and he chased down 20 year old Tuiliagi.

I'd bring on Sexton, ROG just hasn't got the backline moving at all and nearly was caused a try (along with Flannery overthrow) with a very poor tackle attempt. This is England were playing, last time we got 4 tries off them, their backline is there to be exploited! I'd also take of Keith Earls who once again is having a very poor game, McFadden is the much better 13 and maybe even 11 on current form. Earls has got 3 chances now and has been very poor and made lots of high profile mistakes. I actually think Fitzgerald possibly shouldnt have been the one to go home considering the performances in the warm ups. I'd also bring on Murray, although Reddan has been a huge improvement on TOL I just feel that Murray might set the place alight......................................... Soo SEXTON for O'GARA, MURRAY for REDDAN and MCFADDEN for EARLS.

Missed the Heaslip injury - what happened and did it look bad?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,071 ✭✭✭Conas

We are really missing BOD. England are really looking to rough us up. We can't have any more injuries.

between the atrocious commentary, the equally woeful performance and the injuries piling up by the minute, this game is about as enjoyable as getting dragged through a field by a rope attached to the back of a tractor

Yeah. And I'm being made eat a feckin salad while watching it.

    Doesn't get much worse...

The backs have actually looked sharp with ROG playing i thought.

Wixfjord dont forget to check the missed tackle on sky plus seeing as you pinned the blame on D'arcy and then accused me of having an agenda when I pointed out (rightly) that O'Gara missed it. Cheers.

Johnson has sent out the English team to injure as many Irish players as possible.

    He's a scumbag.

First of all, I never mentioned that tackle at all!

Secondly, I certainly didn't pin it on Darcy.

So, don't accuse me of having an agenda. ;)

You said I had an agenda for showing my frustration at O'Gara's tackle which was just as bad as Earl's attempt. In fact England got from one end of the pitch to the other because of it, the only difference is luckily they didn't get a try.

Would like to see Murray and McFadden coming on in second half to balance things out a bit for us. Maybe Sexton for the last 20.

When have we looked like scoring? O'Gara is devoid of creation. Might a try now that England are down to 14 men though.

I never said anything about the tackle, not sure who missed it.
Just the subject of each of your posts seems to have an agenda, against one player in particular.

Wally is gone to hospital for X-Ray, Heaslip got a knock on the head so came off as precaution according to Frankie Sheahan.

You just prove you must be. this is the first friendly game that the backline are going forward and looking good. They're getting close to scoring and i feel they will in the second half just wait and see.

What are you talking about, we've been going from side to side against England of all teams. If you want to see the backline moving watch Sexton against England.

Ronan O' Gara has created plenty in his time and is well capable of doing so. You bring shame on my county and the province it's in.
