Buying a house!!

    Hi all

    I am currently looking to buy a house in Ballincollig. There are a few houses for sale in an estate called Am Caislean. Does anybody know anything about this estate. Would like it to be quiet and safe for children?

    Has anyone any other estates they would recommend??

    The houses in that estate are quite small and cramped from what I've seen. Also there are no front gardens just a shared parking area. There seems to be a high proportion of rented property too if that is a factor.

    There are nicer estates further West of Ballincollig IMO - Old Court in Greenfields or Coolroe Meadows are both nice.
