Just on this, got a new Samsung Galaxy S2 for the aul 21st there, do the likes of Bet365, PaddyPower, William Hill, Vincent Chandler, Ladbrokes, etc.. have Android apps? Can't seem to find any.

Also any other useful gambling ones? I have the Racing Post one.

I think only betfair has a app. It's called zoombet.

What I do for the other bookmakers is just save there webpage as a bookmark on my phone.

For soccer scores apps I have livescores, fot mod (gives more detail than livesores, like teams)

Download Opera Mobile browser - go into settings - advanced settings and change your User Agent to desktop. Job done. At the moment your browser is telling the website you are on a mobile device, this overrides that and you are served the desktop version of the site.

I dont get android either, they allow loads of rubbish in to the play store but not gambling apps. You can download APK files through getjar for william hill, sky bet etc, i watched this video with a decent how to guide, then got the app here

I use Zoombet (on Android) for my Betfair account, I did have the Betfair app but could hardly ever get it to work properly. Zoombet worked far more often.

I might download the Betfair one and give it another go (as it did look better - if it had worked more often), as it is about 6 months now since I used it and it might have improved it's reliability.

One major downside to Zoombet is you can't access the Australian wallet from it, and I like gambling on the cricket, and at this time of the year there is a lot of cricket played down under.

    Hi,
For scores which include line-ups of teams and scorers, cards, penalties and match detail I think it's hard to beat flashscore.com
They have a fairly new app and you can also select the day's matches and get the goal notifications if they matter to you!
The betdaq app is good and I've had no problems with the betfair apps of recent times.
I'm not recommending spread betting by any means but both sporting index and spreadex have good apps.

you wont get gambling apps from the "play store" or "google store" for android but you can get them from a search of their respective sites there's usually a download android app button

    Hi,

I just came across this thread and was wondering about betting apps on the PlayStore.
    Their T&C's state...

Gambling: We don’t allow content or services that facilitate online gambling, including but not limited to, online casinos, sports betting and lotteries, or games of skill that offer prizes of cash or other value.

How is ZoomBet available in the PlayStore in that case? It facilitates online gambling...

I using the 'Match Centre' in the BookieBoost app on my mobile. It has football scores, scorers, corners, possession etc with integrated betting. Found this at Betting App Store which has quite a few bookie mobile sites.
