Tempted to put a euro on this at 61.2

    Tottenham/QPR BTS No
    Stoke Newcastle BTS No
    WBA/Liverpool BTS Yes
    Norwich/Blackburn BTS Yes
    Huddersfield
    Levante Draw and Win
    Man City -2

I think Man City-2 is generous at 5/4. Also Levante are going so well that I think 15/8 on them to win at Osasuna is very kind, even though Pamplona is a tough place to win.

There is a potentially decent -2 handicap treble for this weekend

    Shamrock Rovers v Galway
    Porto v Paços de Ferreira
    City v Wolves

    just under 6/1

I get the feeling rovers might let you down there - I may well eat my words.

they have won the league and cant get caught, don't see them going all out to wallop Galway, theres nothing to play for only finishing the season with a win.... wouldnt surprise me if players themselves put money on a galway win or a draw.

Oh I agree that it could be a bit "party time" for the home side but if they put out a strong side I'd think they can do it, as for corruption/match fixing lets not go there. We're not in Italy :pac:

City have a big CL game in midweek away in Villarreal. I think Mancini might be thinking about that. Not saying they won't win but -2 might be a tad risky. I'll probably stick with -1

As pointed out earlier, Huddersfield are such a steal at that price.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,965 ✭✭✭✭Gavin "shels"

Shams are also playing in Europa League next Thursday so I'd say with the League wrapped up they'll be looking more to that and get some points on the board. Thread carefully. Sligo -1/-2 could be better imo.

Thoughts on PP enhanced treble tonight?

    Espanyol - Bilbao - Palermo = 7/1

Espanyol - Won their last 2 away from home but now back at home facing a Real Betis side who have lost 4 on the bounce.

Bilbao - I think they are finally coming to grips with Bielsa and are hitting their stride. Ath Madrid are dangerous on their day but I think Bilbao can get the job done here.

Palermo - Always decent at home and against a poor Leece side, anything other than a win will be a failure. It is Italian football tho and I don't bet on it but I might make an exception here.

Also interested in the Cards index tonight for the Bilbao/Madrid game. Bilbao games if my memory is correct are usually littered with bookings.

Can't seem to find the details for the referee etc...Help?

Lookin to my bet for the weekend Sheff Wed in 3rd play away against 23rd place Wycombe in League 1.
6/5 for the away win, what am I missin here?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,886 ✭✭✭MoscowFlyer

Sheff Wed away record doesn't read too good

    P 8 W 2 D 2 L 4 F 11 A 17

    Mind you Wycombe's home record is awful;

    P 7 W 1 D 2 L 4 F 7 A 11

Both teams to score or Ov 2.5 might be the way to go in that one.

Thanks man, I guess i'll have to look again.
Goals could be the way to go like you said

    If i select those 3 i get @7.83 at bet365.
Quite the enhancement of 0.17 :D

Very little to choose from tonight but one bet that looks worth a punt is over 11 corners in the Bilbao/Atletico Madrid game

Bilbao's home games average 12.5 corners a match and Madrid's away average is 12.3.

Over 11 corners is evens on bet365

Over 12.5 corners @ 13/8 also worth a look on stanjames.

Good chance of cards in this game as well based on this season's record andlast seasons H2H so gonna do a small double over over 5.5 cards and over 11 corners@ 5/2 on bet365.

Madrid have only scored 2 goals in last 6 games so tempted by 0-0 @ 12/1 on betfair

Gone for O2.5 Goals in the Palermo vs Lecce match.

Palermo have a good goal scoring record at home and are playing a struggling Lecce team that put 3 past AC at the weekend.

Hopefully we see something like the last few head to heads, 17 goals in 3 matches!

If it doesn't win obviously Italian football is rigged/fixed etc. etc.!!

    This guy Komso

He's heavy on over 2.25 goal line in Palermo game.

Anyone punting on cards in Bilbao game, beware the ref is a stinker.
