One to keep an eye on in the Koln Monchengladbach game later is cards. This is a derby game and Monchengladbach can go top of the table if they win the game so it should be a really high intensity game.

The only bookies with a market at the moment if Bet365 and are offering only 8/11 for over 4.5 cards which has come in from 5/6. I have contacted PP for a price so hopefully they in generous mood.

The referee is Manuel Grafe and 9 out his last 10 games have had 5 or more cards so over 4.5 may be still worth taking on if PP don't offer a better price.

The cards market is available in-running so another option is to see how game is going and hope no early cards and price to push out a bit.

nice one, gonna wait for in play

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,911 ✭✭✭bradlente

Are all the bookie's points tallys in relation to cards the same as PP?

As in is 1 yellow 10 and 1 red 25 for all the others that do points too?

Dont know the exact odds but when i was checking tonights games last night my eye fell on Sparta - Eindhoven.
Odds for an away win were rather high i would say, making a Eindhoven DC or DNB interesting.

Goal.com have a decent tipping section.
    one that stands out is
    both teams to score double
    bristol/southampton + liverpool/city at 3/1

and rooney/van persie any time double at 3/1 or both to score 1st at 17/1

My card bet of the weekend is Lucas to be booked

As usual just waiting for pp to get of their arses

skybet have him at 11/10 so hopefully ill see prices around that

That will be his 5th of the season, he'll miss the next match if he picks one up, odds don't really reflect that although he'll be on Silva....

Tiote is 7/5 on Unibet to be booked at Old Trafford tomorrow. If he starts I will definitely be on this. Phil Dowd is in charge.

Probably he will have to look at Rooney (if Hernandez will play) when he will be dropping to the hole. Tiote will find a way to get booked, especially at Old Trafford and with Dowd as a referee ;)

Stoke V Blackburn- Both teams to score @ 4/5 on Bet365

Stoke scored in (nearly) all their PL home games:
Stoke City 0 -0 Chelsea (thanks Keane)
    Stoke City 1 - 0 L'pool
    Stoke City 1 - 1 Utd
    Stoke City 2 - 0 Fulham
    Stoke City 1 - 3 Newcastle
    Stoke City 2 - 3 qpr

Rovers scored in all their PL away games:
    Villa 3 - 1 Blackburn
    Fulham 1 - 1 Blackburn
    Newcastle 3 - 1 Blackburn
    qpr 1 - 1 Blackburn
    Norwich 3 -3 Blackburn
    Wigan 3 - 3 Blackburn

Over 3.5 looks tempting at 9/4, especially with Samba ruled out for Blackburn

Stoke have kept clean sheets in 3/6 at home including versus Liverpool & Chelsea, plus they only conceded one to United.

Ya got the PL game mixed up with the Carling Cup game, but when did they play Chelsea?

First game of the season unless my records are a mess.

EDIT: Yeah, that's right - 0-0 on the opening day.

Seems I've missed out on another high price tip in Grimbsy. Splendid!

    Reus Anytime @ 2/1

Reus Hat trick @ 40/1, have to have a small bet on this considering his form atm. Just 2.50 on it. Returns 102.50.

where is Reus 2/1.. bet365 only giving 21/20

  • Registered Users Posts: 54,175 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

Cheers for the update, Tiote is out too so no bet for that game.

Looking at prem games for weekend there is probably decent value in unders on the cards in most games.

    He's still 15/8 on Boyles

  • Registered Users Posts: 317 ✭✭Spook80

Gonna risk a €20 on a Torquay win tonight. 15/8 seems a great price when you compare the form of the 2 teams at the moment.

    Re: Koln vs Monchengladbach

Regular starting defender Sereno is suspended for Koln tonight. Canadian Kevin McKenna will start in his place and has been given the task of marking Marco Reus. McKenna has 2 yellows in 5 starts this season. He is 3/1 to be booked on Unibet. I am going to have a small punt on that.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,513 ✭✭✭seanhynes

just got on the reus bet there..seems a decent shout 5 in last 2 games. the hansa rostock game has had 4 goals in 18mins,was 0-0 at ht..looks good for 1 or 2 more
