Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The South Meath Fingal Lions Club are holding a Charity Cycle Event for Cystic Fibrosis on Saturday September 10th. There is a 24 year old local girl who is next on the National Lung transplant list so this is the main focus on the day as she is a very urgent case and to also raise the awareness of becoming a Donor Card holder. All Cyclists will be made very welcome on the day and I can post sponsorship cards to anyone who wants to get sponsors, however this is not compulsory and you are very welcome to take part on the day.
The journey will take in the following historic sites.
    Ashbourne
    *Hill of Tara
    *Trim Castle
    *Celtic Cross in Kells
    *Battle of the Boyne
    *Newgrange
    *Battle Memorial in Ashbourne
    Approx 150Km
We will be stopping at each site for approx half an hour however some Cyclists will prefer to continue on the journey non stop.
We will finish with food and refreshments in Kelly's Pub on Ashbourne Main Street followed by a few tunes no doubt.
There is no entry fee for this event.
    Start time: 7.45am
    Date: Saturday 10th September 2011
Meet at the 'Enjoy Cafe' in Ashbourne for scones and tea/coffee.
Contact Ian on 087 2654944 for full details.

I would have done it only for Electric Picnic.

Hhmmm tempting as I'm in Meath, never done over 100km though so might be a bit tough for me.
