Bathroom suite price

    Hi everyone i have got a quote for a new suite as follows
    1 900 x 900 quad chrome trap and chrome doors
    1 ensuite with mono tap
    20 sq yard wall tiles
    10 sq yard floor tiles
    6 bags pro arc flexi
    2 bags 10 kg grout/white/grey
    1 bath seal
    3 trims
    6 sheets mosaics
    cost 1.100
    and they can fit for an extra 600 is this price ok

    sounds very cheap on the labour end ...

    TILES: 30 sq yrd of tiles (ceramic) will average out at about €450.00

    PLUMBING:I take you mean a 900X900 mm shower tray & shower door (and en suite is) Wash hand basin and close couple w.c. This would average about €600.00 (min). (the plumber will have to make at least two site visits.Before and after the tiles are fited)

    Average cost for tiles and plumbing €1,000.00...However its probably two lads quoting you as a nixer and allowing 2 days at €150.00 each .
    Hidden extras:
    Also additional works and materials will be required like floorboards will need to be plyed over and you dont mention if the bathroom needs to be stripped out or if you are fitting a shower, rubbish removal ,plumbing fittings ,silicone for shower seal ect.

    MATERIALS:
    2 bags 10 kg grout/white/grey & 1 bath seal & 3 trims... approx €40.00
    6 bags of flexi........................................................approx €90.00
    30 sq yrds of cheap ceramic tiles..............................approx €300.00
    standard 900mm tray and shower trap crome.................approx €100.00
    cheap standard WHB and WC....................................approx €150.00
    cheap mono mixer..................................................approx €60.00
    cheap standard crome showe door (2 panels).............approx €150.00
    6 sheets of mosaic..(I dont know quality or size.Ill guess)..approx €60.00

    Average cost for cheap standard materials....€950.00

    Estimated cost for labour and standard cheap materials approx ....€1950.00 excluding the hidden extras.

    I got the job done last week took 3 days and i am well happy with it good price and good service
