Have a good bit of curry powder here, a few packets/tubs. Apart from the obvious, is there anything I can do with it? :)

Could you freeze it? Do spices keep well frozen? I've heard you can freeze fresh herbs and then throw them into your dishes like ice cubes!

    Curry Beans!

Heat your beans as usual, lob in some curry powder, if you're feeling exceedingly decadent also lob in some grated cheese. Serve on toast.

Though do be careful to only eat it once a week or you will officially turn into a student :pac:

fry onions in butter, add the curry powder. Add cauliflower that you have cut in the food processer for about ten seconds. Fry for about 3 or 4 minutes. Trust me very nice.

I think I've added curry to every meal I cook!

Light dusting on a margherita pizza
Mix into gravy for a bit of a kick(my OH's favourite!)
Meatballs-mix a little in along with some mustard powder
I've added curry powder to hummous with great sucess
    Add it to homemade soup
Sprinkle some on potatoes just before roasting
Use as a rub on chicken, turkey or pork
I love to sprinkle some on chips along with a loittle salt
