Hi,hoping someone can help!Had applied for j/s benefit and told I probably would get it as I have enough credits. However I wrote in the form that I a)had stopped working because I had 4 children and no longer in a position to cover fulltime holidays for other staff and b)was looking for parttime work.Big mistake-they refused the claim because I need to be available for fulltime work.Am working 20 yrs and have never claimed a cent before!!any one any ideas on how to deal with this-writing a letter to say I am now available for fulltime work seems a bit pathetic and of no benefit? Thanks
