UPC Non-Direct Debit Charge?

Just had a quick look over of my bill, needless to say they are charging me 2.99 for paying them NON-DIRECT DEBIT. I was doing this because it costs 5 euro for the direct debit charge. So it seems whatever payment type you try to use, they are trying to scape every last cent they think they can out of you.

Don't get me wrong its just 3 euro, but this seems so sneaky.

OP, I'm not sure who told you that a DD costs a fiver, but you're going to have to think of an elaborate plan to get them back.
