US Open Ticket Advice - HELP!!!

I am going to New York for the first week in September and really want to go to the US Open. The only problem is I would really love to see some of the big 4 playing. The days available to me are Monday the 5th and Tuesday the 6th of Sept. The men's 4th round is on these days, which is fine, but there seems to be 2 different sessions on each day (at 11am and 7pm).

Does anyone know do I (a) have to buy separate tickets to see the different sessions, and (b) what sessions i am most likely to get to see one or more of the big 4?

So you have two types of ticket Arthur ashe or general entry - Arthur Ashe includes general entry too so this is ghd best ticket
