Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody know if anyone that energy gels in Waterford? Prefer SiS esp Smart1 but High5 work for me also. Powerbar not so great. Prefer to buy individually rather than packs of 20.

    Thanks

I buy the SiS ones in my local Tesco in Maynooth so give Tesco Ardkeen a go, in the section with whey protein etc.

    Altitude
    Spokes (Tri Store)
    O'Mahony's Cycles
    Paddy Morrisey's
Or not strictly in Waterford but close Worldwide Cycles in Clonmel..

Thanks all. Looks like not be stuck anyway. Staying in Tramore so waterfront city is handy though will give Tescos ago in Tramore first. You never know your luck.

On bus to Belfast now. Then bus to Dublin and then bus to Tramore. What fun. At least the bikes already down. Forgot the rain jacket so hope the weather forecast stays good.
