They give swimming lessons at the Grove Island Leisure centre but I'm not sure what the youngest age group is. Think it could be for age 6+.

Friend of mine brings her kids to UL Arena for lessons.

Youngest one is five yrs., so you should be OK age wise.

In any case she (my friend) is happy enough with the set up there.

I know that the Strand were runnong lessons in the Energize Gym, not sure if they were just for the summer though. Other than that, UL would probably be best if you're looking for something out that side!
