1st year start date

    Going into 1st year in gmit studying hotel management any idea when the start date is?

    I think it's the 12th for 1st years. I know the rest are back on 19th. Should be on the gmit webpage?

    Starting 1st year art and design in cluain mhuire campus myself,no idea on start dates,dont worry though,they will get in touch! ,.thought id give an ole shout to ANYONE who has a house with a spare room :) haha

    Yep, start date is the 12th for first years, and the 19th for everyone else.

    You'll get a registration pack in the post in the next 2 weeks.

    http://www.gmitsugalway.com/ is more reliable for dates.

    Boy. And yeah really excited, The house im going to be living in was the first place I looked at so thankfully It didnt take me ages to sort accomodation. Going to spend alot of sunday exploring the area as I havnt set foot in Galway since I was 10 (Bar the day I went to look at the house)

    Anybody know what the craic is with the induction week in regards to what happens? Are they full days and is it a full week?

    I think they are full days but im sure its just like getting to know the place and stuff.
