Accommodaton for 40th birthday??

Does anyone know somewhere suitable in Dublin, such as a large apartment, to hold a 40th party for about 15 people with perhaps 5 staying over? Can't be too expensive. Issues at the moment are people refusing the large number, and penhouses, etc being to expensive? Thanks
