Morning Training Limerick

Does anyone here know of any ma training in the morning, before 12, monday-friday in Limerick? I'd prefer mma or bjj but would consider anything???

The Combat sports centre has a Bjj class wednesday mornings at 10. The gym is just off henry street, they have bjj, mma, kickboxing, judo and fitness classes running in the evenings. http://www.facebook.com/combatsports.centre I'm not sure if they will continue running the morning class after the summer is up but you should get onto them and see.
