Lump sum plus saver instant access account?

We have some money in a fixed term account coming to an end next month plus some in a ulsterbank saving account coming to 38k altogether. We are looking to buy a house currently so want to move all this into a single account that gives us interest monthly and allows us instant access and the ability to keep topping it up…

Is there an account that allows us instant access, gives interest monthly and allows us to keep topping up ?

The Rabodirect Online Savings On-Demand account seems to tick all the boxes, any others with better interest rates ?
