need to change what i smoke

Hey all i've been smoking B&H gold since i started smoking nearly 3 years ago but up to recently they were grand as of late my lungs are aching from them.:o can someone suggest something a bit lighter on the throat but not silkcut purple i find them rotten :)

John Player Gold , same strength as a marlboro light but a bit more flavour to them , a lot nicer to smoke (coming from bensons also)
