Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

[Wiggle] Estimated day of delivery?

    The product is this

    I placed the order and paid for it around 7pm on Friday evening, and got an e-mail this morning to say it was processing, as of 11.32am this morning (Monday 29th) it was packed and ready to despatch. I did not order the priority dispatch, because I read it makes little difference.

    Wiggle says: They will be picked up from Wiggle within one working day and should be delivered to you in 4-7 days.

    But what is the actual situation? Is it likely that I'll get it before next week?

    I had one order processed by Wiggle on 23 August and received today in Dublin. Another order processed on 25 August, not here yet, but should arrive this week too.

    You should be OK for Friday or Monday at the latest

    Interesting....I placed an order for shoes on 13th (!) August, and they're still not here......:mad:

    Good chance of Friday depends on the post. Last order I made from them went out on a Thurs and came in the following Wednesday.

    I put through an order last Sunday night and it arrived 7.5 days later (the following Monday)

    When I phoned Wiggle, they say they can do nothing about a 'lost package' until 15 working days have elapsed since my order was collected at their end......that means another week of waiting.....:mad:

    Had that recently with CRC... Of course it arrived on the last possible day.
    I bet you'll find the postal date was much later than the day they email saying it's processed!

    And don't you know the 28 day returns period starts from the day of shipping...

    Surprisingly, it arrived in the door this morning. So ordered on the evening of Friday 26th, ready for dispatch on Monday 29th, arrived Thursday 1st. I didn't get an e-mail saying it was shipped or collected, just that it was 'processed and ready for dispatch'.

    They don't email you after its processed so you just have to take it that its shipped
