Hey guys, I'm about to move from Ireland to Almeria in the South of Spain for the year. I was wondering if anyone has ever done this before? I'll be looking to purchase a car in Spain when I get there so does anyone have any recommendations for this ie where to buy, car insurance, rules of the road. Also I've been told…

Also I've been told that you cannot drive on a full Irish license in Spain for more than 6 months but I've so far found no information to suggest that this is true.
