Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey everyone, looking for some hair advice, I've been blonde now for a few months, prior to that I had black hair for years, I want to go back to black or at least a very dark brown and I want some lighter brown balayage highlights going through it.

I'm going to do it myself, I'm not too worried about getting it wrong because I can just go all over black if I do and I always cut and dye my own hair and luckily I haven't had any major disasters yet!

So basically what i'm wondering is should I

    1. Dye my hair the darker colour first and then use put the lighter highlights over that?

    2. Since I already have a light base to work with should I avoid dying the whole of my hair black and try to put the 2 colours in at once?

    What do you guys think?
