minimum notice

i am working in company for 9 month,but all time they giving contract for 3 month for fixed dates,now my last contract was finished on 15. july,but i am still working here just without any contract,so how long notice period i should given to them if i want to quit this job now,becouse found better job?tnx

if your contract is up, then i'd give them a weeks notice. If not then its whatever is in the contract
