Problem with Meteor Hotspot

    I don't have an actual problem with the hotspot itself, but for the last three days, when I've logged into my Broadband to go account online to check how much of my monthly allowance I have left, I simply get a message saying that I am not signed up for Meteor Broadband, and to find out more, visit the Meteor website. I can't find anything about this on the website and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and how to fix it?

    The best thing to do is ring Customer Service.

    It's all the OP can do really - none of us have access to Meteor's systems.

    Okay thank you :) just wondered if I'd done something weird with it, but the internet is still working so it's probably just something silly!
