Kilmeaden accident?

Was passing the roundabout on the new road at Kilmeaden, heading towards Carrick, around 8.20pm, and there were 3 cars stopped at the side of the roundabout, several people there and 1 person on the ground inside the barrier, covered with a blanket. Anyone know anything? No ambulance at the scene, and AGS were stopped 3…

Anyone know anything? No ambulance at the scene, and AGS were stopped 3 minutes towards Waterford with their speed gun..

From what I saw, I am fearing the worst, also It didnt seem like a crash.
