How to access email

I have no clue or no idea how to get to it.

I followed the links to this page

But i dont know what my user name is or my password

I entered both my
Student id number and the email addy they gave me as for passwords im lost
I went to the the password manager logged in and locked myself out of it.

Edit: Reading there now! it says enter the pin on the letter. But early it told me to change that pin so i had done. and entered that instead

Not sure if by the edit you meant you had got it sorted?
Its usually Username: C11(CAO NUmber)
Password: Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY), you can change it once you get in if you want
