hi any suggestions when to turn on the heating this morning,its kerosene heating,doesnt seem to be drawing or pumping oil from the tank,is there a pump i can buy or will i have to buy a whole new unit..when i switch it on there is a buzz noise that comes on sound like something is not turning proparly any ideas???

start with the simple things first.

Is there oil in the tank.
Did you run out of oil at anytime..if so the burner may need bleeding
