Little Insects

So I just moved into a new apartment and I I noticed there are very tiny insects around the electric heaters. I don't think they are bed bugs, I have delt with those before (nightmare). Any clue as to what might be and how to get rid of them? Cheers.

Any kind of insect will be rapidly dispatched by apraying with normal fly killer. It contains a nerve agent called tetramethrin that will kill them off.
