UCC OR UCD FOR MED?

I have just been offered UCD for medicine after accepting UCC in round one. I dont know which one to choose. I want to go to UCD but I fear that I could be making a huge mistake as I live in Cork and also won't have to do the extra year of premed if I stay here. Does anybody know which college is better for med? any advice…
