    Hi all

    Im looking for a pre pay or sim free phone that i can use win messenger, yahoo messenger, skype or similar to make free VIDEO chat calls to pc.

    Budget is about 300 euros. I dont mind to but 2nd hand or sim free in the many mobiles shops in Dublin. Would need front cam and a reasonable sized touch screen.

    Ive done a bit of research a i know a while ago the operators didnt allow voip but can anyone confirm if this has changed?
    Rather not get an Iphone and was thinking about an experia neo, galaxy s or wave 2(not sure if any app for Bada OS).
    Also what Android version supports the apps?

    Currently on payg and get free data with 20euro top up per month.

    Any advice would be welcome.
