Beginner Yoga in Sandyford/South Dublin Area

Hi all, Pulled out my back a while ago and my physio recommended I started up yoga. Anybody know of a good place anywhere between Sandyford or Dun Laoghaire that does good beginner clases? Cheers, M

Sunrise Yoga, Yoga Dublin, Yoga Rooms. They all have good websites with lots of information.

Make sure you tell your teacher about your back problems at the start of the class! A good teacher should be able to modify the poses for you, where necessary.
