Bundle discount not applied

As the title says we changed packages a while back and when the first bill arrived it was 15 euro over what it should be, I rang eircom and was told to pay the extra 15 that month and it would be discounted this month but hasn't happened. I know it's not a whole lot but could someone fix it for me please.
