Finding out who a number is registered too?

    My mother for the last few months she had health problems. She's been getting strange messages lately pretending to be her sister, then pretended to be someone else. The guards said she should ring the number but they won't answer for any number when it is rang even if the number is shown. The guards said they would have to investigate but the number is someone who knows her. She has a holiday planned and this person knows about the holiday so she's really worried.

    Is there anyway someone could find out who number is registered too? She doesn't want guards to investigate it as the person would have to be brought to court.

    Unfortunately not, only the Guards can pull that info from the network, and it may not even be registered.

    Block the number, so they cant text/ring her

    Explain the situation to the Guards, they usually in such cases give a friendly warning, if it then continues they may bring proceedings.
