    I Got a HTC Desire HD2 in March on a 24 Month Bill Pay contract on THREE.IE (phone was free)!!

    I cant stand the phone now, and i am looking for options , as i want an iphone 4 32gb

    is it possible to move to a other carrier contract (02,Meteor??)? or can i pay off the remainder of the bill phone with Three.ie?

    or can i upgrade my THREE contract to an iphone 4???

    Whatever you do, you'll have to pay off the remainder of your current contract.

    You can't get an upgrade on an 18-month contract until month 16.

    If you wanted to leave Three, then you'll have to buyout your contract - the buyout rate is your monthly commitment times the number of months remaining in your contract.

    For example, let's say you are on a €40 per month priceplan, 18-month contract, bought in March so you have 13 months remaining, the amount you will need to pay to buyout your contract is:
    (€40)x(13 months) = € 520.
